The eye drop filling machine is an automatic machine, so the size of the easy-open bottle, the bottle pad and the cap are required to be uniform. You must first use the rocker to turn the machine to see if it is abnormal, and you can actually drive it. When adjusting the machine, the tool should be used properly. It is strictly forbidden to use excessive tools or excessive force to remove the parts to avoid damage to the machine or affect the performance of the machine. Whenever the machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loose screws. Rotate the machine with the rocker to see if the motion meets the requirements before driving. The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to have oil, liquid or glass debris on the machine to avoid damage to the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the liquid or glass debris in time during the production process. Clean all parts of the machine surface before handing over and add clean lubricant to each activity department. It should be scrubbed once a week, especially in areas that are not easily cleaned during normal use or blown off with compressed air. After the machine is out of the box, first check whether the random technical data is complete, and whether the machine is damaged during transportation, so as to solve it in time. Install and adjust the feed and discharge components according to the outline drawings in this manual. Add new lubricant to each lubrication point. Use the rocker to turn the machine and check that the machine is running in the right direction (counterclockwise facing the motor shaft) and the machine must be protected from ground.

Eye drops filling machine operation steps:

1. Place the filled liquid bottle upside down on the work basket and check that the liquid bottle bottom is aligned.

2. Place the vacuum basket in a vacuum filling, cover the lid quickly and lock it.

3. Close the vent valve, the inlet valve, open the vacuum pump, adjust the true air conditioning valve to make the vacuum (depending on the amount of trial filling) to meet the process requirements, and step on the pedal to insert the liquid into the liquid bottle.

4. Slowly open the inlet valve. At this time, the liquid level in the filling rises and the vent valve is opened to keep the liquid level between the specified liquid level of the sight glass.

5. When the vacuum gauge pointer is in the 0 state, it is proved that the liquid filling is completed, and the foot collapsed plate is returned, and the liquid bottle which is quickly opened and the can lid is taken out and filled.

6. For the troubleshooting of vacuum mercury (see XD series but the rotary vane vacuum pump instruction manual), the vacuum pump should not be used for a long time (more than seven days). The oil used in the mercury should be drained and flushed with new oil. Moisture in the oil prevents corrosion of the pump body.
